Carrier transit time depends on the service selected, destination, carrier operations, holidays, weather, and other factors outside 5 STAR LABS' control. Processing time and carrier delivery time are separate.

Use the QR code or Verification & Batch Lookup tools provided by 5 STAR LABS. The goal is to connect the lot or batch shown on your vial with the applicable batch documentation and, when available, the issuing laboratory's own verification route.
